Under the guidance of the relevant departments of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) formulates and issues today the Guidance No. 3 on Application of Self-regulatory Rules for Listed Companies on STAR Market - Continuous Disclosure of Technology and Innovation Attributes and Related Issues (hereinafter referred to as the Guidance No. 3). The Guidance No. 3 aims to clarify the matters and requirements for information disclosure of technology and innovation attributes after the listing of companies on the STAR Market, urge the companies to adhere to the position of technology and innovation and promote the companies' high-quality development.

CFFEX: Notice On Issues Related To The Delivery Of Equity Index Futures And Options Contracts

Pursuant to the Trading Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange and relevant detailed implementation rules, the last trading day of a CSI 300 Index futures, SSE 50 Index futures, CSI 500 Index futures, and CSI 300 Index options contract is the third Friday of the expiry month. Where the last trading day is a public holiday or trading of that contract is suspended on that day for extraordinary situations or other reasons, the last trading day shall be postponed to the following trading day. Accordingly, the last trading day of IF2106, IH2106, IC2106, and IO2106(CSI 300 Index options contracts expiring in June 2021) is June 18, 2021.

Earlier today, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo spoke with Indonesian Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati. Deputy Secretary Adeyemo expressed his support for strong U.S.-Indonesia relations and close cooperation with Indonesia on key global challenges. He welcomed the shared goals between the United States and Indonesia to work together towards reaching a historic multilateral agreement to make the international tax system more fair and end the race-to-the-bottom in corporate taxation. He also discussed shared efforts to promote a strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, and global efforts to respond to climate change. Deputy Secretary Adeyemo welcomed the opportunity to work with Indonesia during its upcoming G20 presidency in 2022.
