CFFEX: Notice On Participation Of Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors And RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors In Equity Index Futures Trading

Pursuant to the Measures for the Administration of Domestic Securities and Futures Investment by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (CSRC Decree No. 176), the Provisions on Issues Concerning the Implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Domestic Securities and Futures Investment by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (CSRC Announcement [2020] No.63) and the Regulations on Funds of Securities and Futures Investment by Foreign Institutional Investors (PBOC & SAFE Announcement [2020] No. 2), and with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), matters related to the participation of qualified foreign institutional investors and RMB qualified foreign institutional investors (hereinafter jointly referred to as “qualified foreign investors”) in financial futures trading on China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) are hereby notified as follows:

SSE Responds To Questions From The Press On Guidelines No.1 On The Application Of Securities Trading Rules Of The Shanghai Stock Exchange For Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors And RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors

Today, under the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) officially published the Guidelines No.1 on the Application of Securities Trading Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (the QFII and RQFII Guidelines for short), which will take effect on November 1st, 2020. The SSE responded to questions from the press on the publication.

Nasdaq Changes The Index Methodology Of The OMX Helsinki All-Share Cap Index - The New Index Methodology Of The OMX Helsinki All-Share Cap Index Will Become Effective On December 1, 2020

Nasdaq (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announces today a change in index methodology of the OMX Helsinki All-Share Cap Index, (Nasdaq Helsinki: OMXHCAP), which will become effective with the market open on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. Currently, OMX Helsinki All-Share Cap Index has a daily limit of 10% as the maximum weight of an index constituent company. Effective December 1, the maximum weight will be 7% per company on a quarterly basis.
