Recalibration of monetary policy instruments
On 10 December 2020 the Governing Council decided on recalibrating the ECB’s monetary policy instruments to contribute to preserving favourable financing conditions over the pandemic period, thereby supporting the flow of credit to all sectors of the economy, underpinning economic activity and safeguarding medium-term price stability. China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) releases the Detailed Clearing Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange (Amended) and the Guidelines of China Financial Futures Exchange on Using China Government Bonds as Margin (Amended). The amended rules will take effect on December 14, 2020.

Notice On Amending Detailed Clearing Rules Of China Financial Futures Exchange And Related Guidelines

China Financial Futures Exchange (the “Exchange”) hereby releases the Detailed Clearing Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange (Amended), which has been reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Guidelines of China Financial Futures Exchange on Using China Government Bonds as Margin, which has been reviewed and approved by the Exchange, is also released on the same date.

- The T2109 10-year China Government Bond Futures contract is scheduled to be listed on 14/12/2020 at the base price of RMB97.095.
- The TS2109 2-year China Government Bond Futures contract is scheduled to be listed on 14/12/2020 at the base price of RMB100.105.

Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Exchange”) has released its Circular on Adjusting the Delivery Fee for Crude Oil, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, TSR 20 and Bonded Copper Futures Contracts as follows:
The delivery fee for Crude oil, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil, TSR 20 and Bonded Copper futures contracts will temporarily be updated to 0 from January 9, 2021 to January 10, 2022. The same adjustment applies to the business including EFPs and standard warrants transfers that are settled via the Exchange.
