    To enforce the guiding principles of the 2021 China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) System Working Conference, enhance the investor protection awareness of market participants, and help small and medium-sized investors improve their self-protection ability, SZSE launched the 2021 “Investor Service Season” Campaign with the theme of “Protecting the Legitimate Rights and Interests of Investors, We Are in Action” on March 16 under the guidance of Investor Protection Bureau of the CSRC.

  • SGX RegCo Allows Mainboard Issuers Up To 31 Dec 2021 To Seek Or Renew Enhanced Share Issue Limit

    Singapore Exchange Regulation (“SGX RegCo”) in consultation with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) has on 16 March 2021 extended the availability of the Enhanced Share Issue Limit for Mainboard issuers.

  • EBA Reports On The Monitoring Of The LCR Implementation In The EU

    The European Banking Authority (EBA) published today its second Report on the monitoring of liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) implementation in the EU. This Report, which complements the one published on 12 July 2019, highlights areas in which further guidance is deemed useful for banks and supervisors in order to foster a common understanding and harmonisation of the application of the liquidity standard across the EU, as well as to reduce some level playing field issues. The EBA will continue regularly monitoring the implementation of the LCR for EU banks and will update these reports on an ongoing basis to set out its observations and provide further guidance, where necessary.
