The initial public offering (IPO) of Boğaziçi Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of the leading ready-mixed concrete and aggregate producers in Istanbul and Turkey, has been completed. The Opening Bell Ceremony of Boğaziçi Beton, which started to be listed on BIST Stars Market on June 3, 2021 with BOBET.E code, took place on Wednesday, June 16.

Securities Commission Malaysia’s Audit Oversight Board Revokes Registration Of Audit Partner And Fines Audit Firm, Partner For Breach Of Auditing And Ethical Standards

The Securities Commission Malaysia’s (SC) Audit Oversight Board (AOB) recently took action against audit firm Jamal, Amin and Partners (JAP), and its partner Ahmad Hilmy bin Johari for failing to comply with AOB’s registration condition, which among others, require registered auditors to meet international auditing and ethical standards.
