    According to the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable rules and regulations, Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) proposes to revise the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and is requesting public comments on these revisions.

  • US Financial Stability Oversight Council To Meet March 25

    On Wednesday, March 25, Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent will preside over a meeting of the Financial Stability Oversight Council (Council) at the Treasury Department. The meeting will consist of an executive session and an open session. The preliminary agenda for the executive session includes the Council’s quarterly financial stability monitor and an update on the work of the Council’s Household Resilience Working Group.* The preliminary agenda for the open session includes the Council’s proposed interpretive guidance on nonbank financial company designations and an update on banking supervision and regulatory reforms.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, March 19, 2026 are entitled to participate in, vote and submit questions at the Annual Meeting. Stockholders will also be able to submit questions in advance of the meeting at proxyvote.com beginning on May 1, 2026.   • Treasury International Capital Data for January

    The U.S. Department of the Treasury today released Treasury International Capital (TIC) data for January 2026.  The next release, which will report on data for February 2026, is scheduled for April 15, 2026.
