ESMA Continues To See Risk Of Market Corrections Amid Elevated Valuations

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, today publishes the second Risk Dashboard for 2021, covering the third quarter of the year. ESMA maintains risk levels unchanged, at a high level, as the market environment remains defined by very high uncertainty, continued elevated asset valuations with risk of price corrections and abrupt shifts in risk premia.

Decision By The Nasdaq Stockholm’s Disciplinary Committee Regarding Nordea Hypotek Aktiebolag

The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has found that Nordea Hypotek Aktiebolag (“Nordea Hypotek” or the “Company”) has breached Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers (the “Rulebook”), applicable at the time, and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of SEK 1,500,000.

Shanghai International Energy Exchange has announced its Circular on Releasing the Revised Standard Contract for TSR20 Futures and Related Implementation Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchanges follows:

After being approved by the board of directors of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, INE hereby releases the revised versions of its Standard Contract for TSR20 Futures of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, which will come into effect as of the date of June 1,2022.
