U.S. Department Of The Treasury: Report On U.S. Portfolio Holdings Of Foreign Securities At End-Year 2020

SIFMA Statement On Exclusion Of Muni Bond Provisions From Reconciliation Bill

“It is regrettable that the municipal bond provisions have been dropped from this version of the reconciliation bill and hopefully Congress will restore these important state and local government funding measures. "

SEC Charges Newport Beach Company And Its Principals With Operating A $13.5 Million Ponzi-Like Scheme

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it has charged BNZ, a Newport Beach, California-based company, and its co-founders and co-managers Brett Barber and Louis Zimmerle, for fraudulently raising $13.5 million from more than 100 retail investors.

Nadex Delists Copper, Corn, And Soybeans Variable Payout Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on October 29, 2021 its intent to delist its Copper Variable Payout Contracts (Rule 12.2), Corn Variable Payout Contracts (Rule 12.12), and Soybeans Variable Payout Contracts (Rule 12.14).  All Copper Variable Payout Contracts will expire on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 1:00pm ET.  All Corn and Soybeans Variable Payout Contracts will expire on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2:15pm ET.  After the final settlement of these contracts, no open positions or working orders will exist in the Nadex market for the contracts to be delisted, and as of Monday, November 1, 2021 these contracts will not be listed. 

MIAX Exchange Group - Options Exchanges - November 1, 2021 Transaction Fee Changes

The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options Fee Schedules will be amended on November 1, 2021, pending filing with the SEC.  These changes are in addition to the previously announced change in the October 26, 2021 Alert.
