SET Clarifies Its Proceeding With Regard To MORE

Due to the abnormal trading of shares in More Return pcl (MORE) on November 10, 2022, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) previously alerted investors to be more cautious in trading MORE stock and asked the company to explain the incident. SET also urged brokers to impose additional measures to monitor trading MORE stock.

At the 16^th China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference held on November 10, Yan Shaoming, CEO of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), said that in the past decade, DCE has become the world's largest futures market of soybean meal, soybean oil and palm olein. A favorable market ecosystem has been formed in the oils and oilseeds sector, in which leading enterprises, upstream and downstream companies are deeply involved. As a result, the oils and oilseeds futures market is characterized by a stronger foundation, better structure and bigger roles. In the near future, DCE will further work on the perfection of the oils and oilseeds products and bring their market functions into full play. It will continue to promote the development of OTC market, facilitate the integration of the futures market and spot market, expand the scope of specified domestic products, enhance the influence of futures prices, and accelerate the opening-up of No. 1 soybean, No. 2 soybean, soybean meal and soybean oil futures and options to overseas traders.

The Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) notes the statement made by representatives of FTX which advised “Per Bahamian HQ’s regulation and regulators, we have begun to facilitate the withdrawals of Bahamian funds. As such, you may have seen some withdrawals processed by FTX recently as we complied with the regulators”.

The 16th China International Oils and Oilseeds Conference jointly held by Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD) took place virtually on November 11, 2022. The conference is structured around the theme of "Embarking on a new journey to connect domestic with foreign markets". Datuk Umar, Chairman of BMD and Yan Shaoming, CEO of DCE, attended the conference online and delivered speeches.

Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced that Enphase Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENPH) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (Nasdaq: NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXE) prior to market open on Monday, November 21, 2022. Enphase Energy, Inc. will replace Okta, Inc. (Nasdaq: OKTA) in the NASDAQ-100 Index® and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index. Okta, Inc. will also be removed from the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Index (Nasdaq: NDXT) and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Market-Cap Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXTMC) prior to market open on Monday, November 21, 2022. Enphase Energy, Inc. will be considered for inclusion in the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Technology Index (Nasdaq: NDXX) at the next quarterly rebalancing.
