Bahamas International Securities Exchange Chief Operating Officer Speaks To St. John’s College Economics Class

The Bahamas International Securities Exchange (BISX) spent the afternoon of Monday 7 November 2022 with the 11th Grade Economics class of St. John’s College. Speaking to the students was BISX Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Holland Grant. The students were given the opportunity to learn about the stock exchange and to ask questions that will benefit them both in completing their academic curriculum, but also in their investing lives.

Expanded Opening And Intra-Day Quote Width Requirements And MIAX Order Monitor Settings For Certain Symbols Trading On MIAX Options And MIAX Emerald Through Friday, March 31, 2023

MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald have expanded the maximum valid bid/ask differential for Market Makers for certain symbols traded on the Exchanges. The expanded bid/ask differentials will be in effect through Friday, March 31, 2023.

• The recalculated values of the indices were published on 28 December 2022 on the administrator’s website and delivered to data vendors.
• The recalculation was carried out before the start of using the indices in financial products by any of the users
• The recalculation takes place as a consequence of audits carried out by the data contributors consisting in the assessment of their internal processes of identification, qualification and delivery of the transaction data to the administrator.

With this programme, the company initiates its issuance in the fixed income markets through the MARF to diversify its sources of financing and access new investors. The notes under the programme have a nominal unit amount of 100,000 euros and will have a maximum maturity of two years.
