    To ask the Prime Minister with regard to the proposed trial of a digital Singapore dollar (DSGD) for government payouts and vouchers (a) whether the proposed restrictions on fungibility and bearer value will undermine the objective of understanding how the DSGD would operate as a genuine electronic currency; and (b) if so, how will the DSGD differ from an e-voucher system, such as RedeemSG.

  • Suspected Identity Theft Targeting Investor AB, Stockholm: BaFin Investigates Purported Sale Of Shares In “Porsche AG”

    BaFin has become aware that a company operating under the name of Investor AB, Stockholm, is offering German investors the opportunity to purchase shares in Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft (“Porsche AG”). Customers are also being offered the option of converting other shares into shares in “Porsche AG”. The seller of the shares in “Porsche AG” is purportedly Porsche Automobil Holding SEBaFin would like to make clear that Investor AB is not authorised to offer shares. Furthermore, there are no indications that Investor AB is actually behind the above-mentioned offers. Rather, Investor AB is likely the target of identity theft. The offer of shares in “Porsche AG” did not come from Volkswagen AG or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Is Making Preparation For The Listing Of Shenzhen 100 ETF Option

    On November 25, CSRC announced the launch of the listing preparations for Shenzhen 100 ETF Option and would approve SZSE to list Shenzhen 100 ETF Option in accordance with relevant procedures. Promoting the listing of Shenzhen 100 ETF Option is an important move for SZSE to implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of CPC and continuously deepen the reform of the capital market. It will further improve the functions and the risk management system of the capital market, continuously enhance market vitality and resilience, and better meet the risk management needs of medium and long-term investors.
