The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jerash University that aims to improve the cooperative activities in various areas of mutual interest. The ASE's CEO Mr. Mazen Wathaifi, signed the agreement with Prof. Zyad AL-Rabie, Vice President for Jerash University.

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, today announced that its Alternative Investment Product (AIP) service has reached a new milestone, successfully processing over 500 million transactions since its inception as service adoption continues to increase. Today, AIP has over 8,000 unique funds leveraging the automated service to modernize trading and post-trade reporting of alternative investment products.

Deutsche Börse Reaches New Milestone With 2,000 ETFs

As of today, 2,000 ETFs are tradable on Xetra for the first time. Deutsche Börse’s ETF segment has thus reached a new milestone. Back on 22 August 2012, Deutsche Börse was the first exchange in Europe to exceed the 1,000 listed ETF mark. Ten years later, the ETF product offering on Xetra still remains the largest among all European exchanges.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Samuel Bankman-Fried with orchestrating a scheme to defraud equity investors in FTX Trading Ltd. (FTX), the crypto trading platform of which he was the CEO and co-founder. Investigations as to other securities law violations and into other entities and persons relating to the alleged misconduct are ongoing.
