    At today's annual general meeting of the London Stock Exchange all of the directors standing were re-elected to the Board. Three directors were elected on a poll and the results of the ballot are: Gavin Casey, For: 9,462,218 (56.3%), Against: 7,337,778 (43.7%); Michael Marks, For: 11,445,231(73.1%), Against: 4,215,420 (26.9%); Don Cruickshank, For: 10,984,563 (66.5%), Against: 5,525,408 (33.5%).
