    Monthly trading volume on The Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange was 1,183,277 contracts, average daily volume of 62,278, in January. TIFFE's flagship Three-month Euroyen futures contract were down 16% from December at 1,179,524 (daily average 62,080).
