MLP To Replace Dresdner Bank In The DAX - Deutsche Börse Announces DAX Replacement Process - Changes In The MDAX And SDAX

Deutsche Börse named MLP as Dresdner Bank's successor following an extraordinary revision of the DAX index. If Allianz holds between 75 percent and 85 percent of Dresdner Bank shares as the final result of the takeover, Dresdner Bank will be taken out of the DAX after trading closes on September 21, the regular date for the revision of the index. FTSE4Good To launch In July

Companies to be included in the new FTSE4Good index series will be named by FTSE on Tuesday July 10. On the same day Close Fund Management will also launch the FTSE4Good UK Fund, the first of "The Official Funds for the FTSE4Good indices". The FTSE4Good indices will go live on Tuesday July 31. Early indications of the index design were released today, following the Advisory Committee's confirmation of selection criteria and exclusions.

McDonnell is responsible for management of one of the CBOT®'s four new business units, the screen based trading business unit, and will report to Bernard Dan, the CBOT®'s newly appointed Executive Vice President. McDonnell previously held the position of Vice President and Managing Director of the CBOT®/Eurex Alliance.
