    Turnover In June 2001 the total turnover on all market segments of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange amounted to SIT 31.82 billion, which was 22% higher than the month before and more than SIT 8 billion (or 36%) above the June 2000 figure. In the first half of this year the total turnover on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange reached SIT 145.49 billion, which was almost 16% or SIT 20 billion more than a year before.

  • CBOE Announces New S&P 100® Index Options With European-Style Exercise (XEO)(sm) To Launch July 23, 2001

    The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), the world's largest options exchange, today announced it plans to launch on July 23, a new S&P 100 Index option with European-style exercise, XEO. A European-style option may be exercised only during a specified period of time just prior to its expiration. XEO options are based on the S&P 100 Index, will be cash settled and may only be exercised at expiration.

Mr. Cutler has served as the Division's Deputy Director since January 1999. Mr. Cutler succeeds Richard H.
