VPS Holding ASA and Oslo Børs Holding ASA have entered into negotiations for the merger of the holding companies. To assist during the process, the parties have both appointed financial advisers. VPS has appointed Fondsfinans as its adviser, while Oslo Børs has appointed ABG Sundal Collier.
