(US) (Canada, NYSE: NRD, CUSIP: 655422103, Sedol: 2771791) recently completed its purchase of Falconbridge shares. As a result of this transaction, the company’s name will change to NorandaFalconbridge Inc., the shares will increase to 337,377,496 from 296,967,421 and the IWF will change to 0.7794.
