Quarterly Review Euronext 100 Index & Next 150 Index

As a result of the quarterly review of 27 February 2004 the following changes for the Euronext 100 index (N100) and Next 150 index (N150) will be effective as of Thursday 1 April 2004.

OMHEX Divests Performance Measurement Services Through MBO

As a part of OMHEX' reorganization and continuous focus on core business, OMHEX has decided to divest its Performance Measurement and Fund Report services in Finland. Through its HEX Integrated Markets division OMHEX will, however, continue to maintain and market the Mutual Fund List, a service for information about the mutual funds registered in Finland.

Oman- Revision To the S&P/IFCG Price And Total Return Indices

S&P/IFCG price and total return indices for Oman have been revised downwards by 66 and 64 basis points respectively for March 15, 2004. There was a consolidation for Oman & Emirates (S&P/EMDB code 449460.1/SEDOL 6659569) that was entered in the system the following day. The revised index levels had no effect on the S&P/IFCG Composite or the S&P/IFCG ME&Africa indices.

Members Approve Transfer Of Control Of American Stock Exchange To AMC

The Amex Membership Corporation (AMC) announced today that members approved the transaction to transfer control of the American Stock Exchange (Amex) from NASD to AMC. Amex Seat Owner approval of the transaction is a very important step in advancing the strategic direction of the Exchange and sets the stage for the Exchange to better manage the challenges and opportunities to compete more aggressively in the marketplace.
