    New composition of Euronext 100 Index Following the official result of the takeover bid by the French company Sagem (Euronext 100) for the French company Snecma (Euronext 100), Snecma will be removed from the Euronext 100 Index effective Tuesday 15 March 2005.

    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading, Thursday March 17th, 2005: Mitsubishi Motors Corp. (Japan, SEDOL: 6598446, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25102010) a member of the S&P Japan SmallCap 250 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 1,015,446,000 to 4,064,000,356 and IWF will change to 0.278 due to a private placement.

  • Quarterly Share Rebalancing In The S&P ADR Index - Revised

    As part of the S&P/TOPIX 150 and S&P Global 1200 share rebalancing, Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the number of ADRs used for the purposes of calculating the S&P ADR Indices. These changes will become effective after the close of business on Friday, March 11, 2005. The share figures for Honda Motor Corp.   • OneChicago Breaks Monthly Volume Record - In Seven Days Of Trading

    OneChicago, LLC has hit a new monthly volume record of 399,358 security futures contracts in just seven trading days, smashing the old record of 375,463 contracts traded in March 2004. Open interest also hit a new high of 493,898 as of March 9.
