    The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the agencies) today jointly issued a final rule that codifies the elimination of reputation risk from their supervisory programs.

  • Euronext Publishes Its Detailed Dividend Payment Schedule For 2026

    In line with the dividend distribution policy of Euronext, it is proposed to distribute 50% of 2025 reported net profit. As a consequence and subject to approval of shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 May 2026, the annual gross dividend on the 2025 results to be paid in 2026 amounts to €321.5 million, corresponding to a dividend per share of €3.18 (based on the total number of eligible shares).

  • Nodal Exchange Sets New Trading Volume Records In Q1 2026

    Nodal Exchange today announced strong performance in power, environmental, and natural gas trading in the first quarter of 2026. Nodal continues to be the market leader in North American power futures achieving 56% of the open interest with 1.5 billion MWh at the end of Q1, representing over $161 billion of notional value (both sides), at the end of March. This is roughly equivalent to the electricity usage of 140 million U.S. households for one year. The traded volume in March was 253 MWh, up 31% from a year earlier.
