    The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) today reported net income of $13.0 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005, compared to $5.0 million in the year-ago quarter and $26.0 million for the first quarter of 2005. These results reflect the restatement of NYSE’s financial earnings dating back to 2002 that were announced in the NYSE Group’s draft S-4 Registration Statement filed with the SEC on July 21, 2005.
