The International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ISE) announced that on September 6, 2007, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per outstanding share of its Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on or about September 28, 2007 to holders of record as of the close of business on September 21, 2007.

ICE Futures Europe Establishes New Daily Volume Record In Gas Oil Futures - Second Highest Exchange-Wide Daily Volume

IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading electronic energy marketplace and soft commodity exchange, announced that ICE Futures Europe posted a daily volume record and an open interest record in its benchmark gas oil futures contract on September 6. The ICE Gas Oil futures contract set a new high of 173,843 contracts, surpassing by 11.6% the previous record established on May 9, 2007, of 155,757 contracts. Open interest also reached a record high of 361,198 contracts.

The Nordic Exchange Reduces Fees On Trade Reporting

As of November 1, 2007, the OMX Nordic Exchange will reduce its fees related to cash equity trades reported to the Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki exchanges. The fees for trade reporting were reduced by 50 percent in April and now the prices will be reduced by approximately another 50 percent.
