436 Billion Euros In Turnover On German Stock Exchanges In January

Based on the total turnover statistics, a total volume of €436.2 billion was traded on all German stock exchanges in January 2006 – a rise of 47 percent year-on-year (January 2005: €297.0 billion). This total included €389.4 billion in equities, warrants and exchange traded funds, as well as €46.8 billion in fixed-income securities.
