  • NYMEX Announces Trading and Processing Schedule for President's Day Holiday

    New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced a complete trading and processing schedule for February 16 to 20 (all in Eastern time): Friday February 16, 2007 Normal Floor closing all products (NYMEX/COMEX); Not an early closing day. NYMEX ClearPort® clearing and trading will be open until 5:15 PM for the Feb. 16 trade date. NYMEX/COMEX products will trade on CME Globex® until 5:15 PM for Feb. 16 trade date.

  • Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes To The S&P/CITIC China 30 Index

    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/CITIC China 30 Index. The adjustment involves changes in shares and IWF to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to the placement of 300,000,000 existing shares by IBM, and inclusion of 375,282,756 non-voting shares as index shares. Lenovo will increase its index shares from 8,507,421,000 to 8,907,134,000 and increase IWF from 0.3583 to 0.4155. The changes will become effective after the close of trading on Friday February 23, 2007.

    The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) announced that an electronic pre-open facility on the ICE trading platform will be available daily, beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET until 1:30 a.m. ET.     The Securities and Exchange Commission today simultaneously filed and settled civil charges against Ryan Ashley Brant, formerly the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of video and computer game publisher and distributor Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (Take-Two), alleging that during a seven year period, Brant enriched himself and others by granting undisclosed, "in the money" stock options to himself and to other Take-Two officers and employees.
