Further to a request made by NYSE Euronext, the Autorité des marchés Financiers (AMF) has agreed to consider that, where an issuer already listed or about to be listed on NYSE markets would be seeking to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris without making a public offering in France, the US documents filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over the last twelve months can constitute a valid filing for the purpose of the AMF’s individual approval of the prospectus to be p

Five TDAX Independence ETFs List On NYSE Arca - The Industry’s First Target-Date ETFs For Life Event Planning

NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) today announced that five TDAX Independence ETFs listed and began trading on NYSE Arca. Designed to track the performance of the Zacks Lifecycle Indexes, which are indexes designed to draw exposure from three broad asset classes: international equities, domestic equities, and fixed income, these ETFs will be reconstituted and rebalanced annually, or quarterly when necessary, based on the Zacks methodology.

47 Percent Rise In Turnover On Xetra In September - Total Volume Of €212 Billion Traded On All Stock Exchanges In Germany

In September €194.1 billion were turned over on Xetra and on the floor of Börse Frankfurt – a rise of 45 percent year-on-year (September 2006: €133.8 billion). Thereof €184 billion were traded on Xetra gaining 47 percent year-on-year (September 2006: €125.2 billion) and €10 billion on the floor (September 2006: €8,5 billion).
