Thai Bourse And Daishin Develop Online Futures Trading Program

SETTRADE.Com Co., Ltd. (SETTRADE) has developed its online futures trading facilities in cooperation with Daishin Securities, a leader in the field in Korea. New Corporate Governance Code For Listed Companies Was Approved By The Vilnius Stock Exchange

The Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) Management Board approved the Code of Corporate Governance for the companies listed on the VSE. Starting from 2007, the annual reports of the listed companies shall contain a notification how they comply with the recommendations of the Code. If the company does not comply with the Code it shall specify which recommendations are not complied with and for what reasons.

Indices Lead Canadian Active Funds In First Half of 2006 - Latest SPIVA Scorecard Shows Only 48.4% Of Canadian Small-Cap Funds Beat The Index

Actively managed mutual funds in the Canadian equity, Canadian small-cap, and U.S. equity fund categories lagged indices in the first half of 2006, Standard & Poor's said today. According to the Standard & Poor's Indices Versus Active Funds Scorecard (SPIVA) for Canada, the S&P/TSX Composite Index outperformed 81.2% of Canadian equity funds through June, while the S&P 500 Index outperformed 61.4% of U.S. equity funds.
