The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) today announced revisions to the NYBOT Russell 1000® mini-sized contract in preparation for listing on the electronic trading platform of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, May 2, 2007: Adanac Molybdenum Corporation (TSXVN:AUA) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to the TSX to trade under the same ticker symbol.

OneChicago, LLC today reported that 734,155 security futures contracts traded at the Exchange in April. Average daily volume (ADV) in April 2007 was 36,708 contracts, a 163% increase over average daily volume for April 2006.

In April €181.2 billion were turned over on Xetra and on the floor of Börse Frankfurt – a rise of 42 percent year-on-year (April 2006: €127.1 billion). Thereof €169 billion were traded on Xetra gaining 45 percent year-on-year (April 2006: €116 billion) and €12 billion on the floor, a plus of 11 percent compared to April last year (April 2006: €10.8 billion). The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced settled enforcement proceedings against A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., alleging that A.G. Edwards failed reasonably to supervise some of its registered representatives who used deceptive means to place market timing trades on behalf of their customers. Trading Volumes Of Eurex Grew By 24 Percent - New Monthly Record Of Equity Derivatives With 53 Million Contracts - Best April Figure Of Index Derivatives With 49 Million Contracts - Average Daily Trading Volume At 8 Million Contracts

Eurex, the international derivatives exchange, reported today that trading volumes in April increased by 24 percent year-on-year to 151 million contracts (April 2006: 122 million contracts). Average daily trading volume at Eurex was roughly 8 million contracts. Total trading volumes in 2007 reached 618 million contracts in the first 4 months (plus 24 percent year-on-year).
