Total Trading Volume Of RTS Group Exceeds 1,25 Billion US Dollars
On January 12th, 2006, total trading volume of RTS Group exceeded 1,25 billion US dollars and reached the all-time maximum, 13,6% up on the previous record as of September 21st, 2005 (1,1 billion US dollars).

TAIFEX Sets Record High In Seventh Consecutive Year With Total Trading Volume Soaring To More Than 92 Million Contracts
TAIFEX sets another record high in 2005. Total annual trading volume reached 92,659,768 contracts in 2005, representing a growth of 56.66% as compared with 59,146,356 contracts in 2004. Average daily trading volume was 376,730 contracts and reached a historical high of 801,549 contracts on November 30th, 2005. Open interest also set a record high of 1,543,607 contracts on April 20th, 2005.

Past Year Invigorated The Estonian Securities Market
After a six-year interlude, the shares of three new companies were listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange last year. In cooperation with the Financial Supervision Authority, the Corporate Governance Recommendations were prepared and the founding of the Estonian Investors’ Union was supported. New York Mercantile Exchange Changes Spot Month Position Limits For Some Emissions Futures Contracts
