Revised Quarterly Share Change Of Stockland In The S&P/ASX 50 Index

As announced on March 12, the S&P/ASX 50 will undergo its quarterly share and Investable Weight Factor (IWF) rebalancing. As a result of a recently announced equity placement for Stockland (Sedol 6850856, SGP AX), the new shares outstanding, effective after the close of trading Friday, March 16, 2007 will be 1,434,190,000 and not 1,388,190,000 as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged.
