    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, April 25, 2007: WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSXVN:WEW) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to the TSX to trade under the same ticker symbol.

    The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) today testified before the House Committee on Financial Services in a hearing to examine H.R. 698, the Industrial Bank Holding Company Act of 2007.
