At the Annual and Special Meeting in Toronto, shareholders of TSX Group Inc. today approved a resolution to change the name of the corporation to TMX Group Inc., following on the completion of the business combination with Montreal Exchange Inc.

Euroclear Bank and Clearstream Banking Luxembourg jointly announce today a further round of improvements to the automated daytime ‘Bridge’ between the two International Central Securities Depositories (ICSDs).
