    The International Securities Exchange (NYSE: ISE) said today that it has partnered with Optionetics, Inc., a recognized leader in options education, in a joint effort to educate retail investors about ISE FX Options™. Optionetics will incorporate information and trading strategies for ISE FX Options into its two-day seminar series Trading the Foreign Exchange Markets, which are executed by its affiliate FX Trading Education Corp. (FXTE).

    SGX has noted access difficulties on many of the SESOPS trading terminals from 8.45am to 10.00am this morning. We have currently isolated the cause of the trading incident to one group of SESOPS trading terminals. We have rectified the situation and we will continue to monitor it closely.

    Today the French market regulator Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) published the preliminary results of the exchange offer by NYSE Euronext, Inc. (NYSE Euronext), through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary NYSE Euronext (Holding) N.V., for all outstanding shares of Euronext N.V. (Euronext). The offer expired on March 21, 2007. From February 15, 2007 to March 21, 2007, 102,897,398 Euronext shares were tendered representing 91.4% of Euronext’s share capital and 92.2% of the voting rights

    The Japan-EU High Level Meeting on Financial Issues was held in Tokyo on 26 March 2007. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Junichi Maruyama, Deputy Commissioner for International Affairs of the Financial Services Agency (JFSA), and by Mr. Pierre Delsaux, Director, Directorate-F of DG Internal Market and Services of the European Commission (EC). A number of officials participated in the meeting from both sides.
