Osaka Securities Exchange: Results Of Tender Offer For Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. And Change Of Subsidiary

Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd (OSE) resolved that it would purchase common shares of Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. by Tender Offer at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on November 18, 2008. The Tender Offer commenced on November 19, 2008 and was completed on December 17, 2008. The overview of the results of the Tender Offer is given below.

TMX Group technology team has isolated the issue that resulted in the halt of trading on Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Remedial action was taken to restore all data feeds at 3:41PM, and the company confirms that the Exchanges will open on Thursday, December 18, 2008 as per normal.
