NASDAQ OMX Appoints Eric W. Noll As Executive Vice President Of Transaction Services Business

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that Eric W. Noll has been appointed as Executive Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Transaction Services. Mr. Noll will join NASDAQ OMX effective July 13 and report to Chief Executive Officer Bob Greifeld.

The purpose of this index is to give a daily overview of the price development on the French Intraday market as requested by market participants. Derivative Instruments The volume of trading in all derivative instruments was 1.4 million in June 2009. It was the second highest volume of trading in all derivative instruments in the history of the WSE (the highest volume was 1.6 million instruments in October 2008). The number of open interest was 118.1 thousand instruments at the end of June.
