The Taiwan Futures Exchange Visited Central Japan Commodity Exchange

A mission of the Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) paid a visit to C-Com on April 17, 2008 as a part of the training program for its middle level staff. The mission headed by Mr. Yeh, the Executive Vice President marks his third visit to C-Com , following the visits by the two different Chairmen in 2006 and 2007. C-Com is very pleased and honored to receive this mission as the very first guest from overseas to the newly built headquarters building.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today the issuance of an order filing and simultaneously settling charges against Alaron Trading Corporation (Alaron), of Chicago, IL, a registered futures commission merchant. The order requires Alaron to pay a civil monetary penalty of $180,000 and restitution of $119,295.14 to customers.
