  • TOCOM To Revise Exchange Fees And Volume Discount Program

    Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“TOCOM” or the “Exchange”) announced today the revised Exchange Fees (i.e: fees paid to the Exchange based on the number of trades) effective from April 1 2009 onward as described Item1 below. TOCOM will also revise the scheme of its Volume discount program as described Item 2 below. During the first three months (April – June, 2009), an expanded discount rate of 67% will be applied.

    To reflect the overall performance of the SSE-listed companies controlled by the central state-owned enterprises and to provide the investors with investment target, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. will launch the SSE Central State-owned Enterprises 50 Index on March 30, 2009 in due form, with the base day of December 31, 2008 and the base point of 1,000.   • Deutsche Börse: Seven New iShares ETFs Launched On Xetra - Three New Bond ETFs And Four Equity ETFs Listed In The XTF Segment

    Deutsche Börse is further expanding its segment for exchange-traded index funds on the pan-European Xetra® trading platform and has admitted seven new ETFs issued by Barclays Global Investors to trading. Three of the new iShares ETFs are based on bond indices, the other four on equities. The iShares JPMorgan $ Emerging Markets Bond (ISIN: DE000A0RFFT0) tracks the performance of the JPMorgan EMBI Global Core Index. The index is comprised exclusively of US-dollar-denominated foreign cu
