HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 1 November 2007, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contracts will be as outlined in the table below. Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME): Net Profit In The Third Quarter Came In At €47.6 Million, Up 57.8% From A Year Earlier - BME’S Net Profit To September Exceeded € 150 Million
EBITDA to September grew by 57% to €212.2 million. The efficiency ratio improved, falling from 33.8% in September 2006 to 24.7% a year later. Revenues to September reached €281.8 million, up 38.1% from a year earlier.

Tokyo Stock Exchange And London Stock Exchange To Establish A New Growth Market
London Stock Exchange Group plc and Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. today announced their intention to establish a new market for emerging companies. The market will be operated as a joint venture on an equal basis, and will build on the London Stock Exchange’s success in creating and developing a market structure designed for smaller companies through AIM, and the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s local expertise and infrastructure.
