    Wiener Börse AG and Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG announced today that they have received the approval of the Hungarian Financial Market Authority (PSZÁF) on their acquisition of the shares of UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG, Erste Group Bank AG and Erste Befektesi. The stake owned by Wiener Börse AG is now 50.453%, while Oesterreichische Kontrollbank's share has widened to 18.345%.

  • Athens Exchange: Short Selling Notification Obligation

    According to Decision no. 485/23 by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, dated September 23, 2008 physical or legal entities that open a short position over a particular share that exceeds 0.10% of a listed company's total number of shares, amongst others, must immediately, notify this position to Athens Exchange (and in any case by no later than 17:00 hours local time next day).

  • CME Group To Launch Hot-Rolled Coil Steel Futures Contract

    CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, today announced that it will launch US Midwest Domestic Hot-Rolled Coil (HRC) steel futures contracts for trading and clearing on CME Globex(R) and ClearPort(R), beginning on October 19 for the October 20 trade date.
