Livingston will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap index effective after the close of Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

The end-of-December short interest represents 3.32 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.49 days for the prior reporting period.
