SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) and SunGard announced the planned acquisition by SWIFT of the assets of SunGard’s Ambit Messaging Hub (AMH) solution for high-volume financial messaging. The transaction, which is subject to a number of closing conditions that are expected to be fulfilled by the end of the quarter, strengthens the relationship between the two companies as SunGard’s AvantGard Ecosystem Communication Hub (Echos) for corporate-to-bank messaging is
ISE Introduces New Options Order Type - Do Not Route Orders Provide ISE’s Customers With Increased Control Over Order Execution

The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today announced that it has introduced Do Not Route (DNR) orders for both priority and professional customers. This new order type allows ISE’s customers to indicate that they want to cancel their options orders rather than have them routed to another exchange if the National Best Bid or Offer (NBBO) is not posted at ISE.

A corporate bond from Windreich AG from Wolfschlugen, Germany, will be listed in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment from 19 July. The bond has a total issue volume of EUR 50 million and a coupon of 6.5 percent. It matures on 1 March 2015.
