The Number Of Trades On FORTS Exceeded 225 Thousand
On November 21st, a new trading volume record was set on FORTS. By the end of the main trading session FORTS members had made a record number of trades in derivatives – 229 123 trades in both futures and options.

Eurex Clearing And Clearstream Launch Central Counterparty Service For Securities Lending - Launch In Q2 2009 - Counterparty Risks In Securities Lending Market Will Be Mitigated Significantly
Eurex Clearing AG and Clearstream Banking Luxembourg S.A. today announced that they will introduce a central counterparty service (CCP) for securities lending* in Q2 2009. Eurex Clearing will act as the clearinghouse for Clearstream's widely used strategic securities lending program ASLplus.
