CME Group And Thomson Reuters To Close FXMarketSpace Joint Venture
CME Group and Thomson Reuters today announced that they will take steps necessary to close FXMarketSpace, the 50/50 joint venture company they introduced in May 2006. All trading on the platform will be suspended at the close of business on 17 October, 2008. During the coming months, CME Group and Thomson Reuters will work closely with FXMarketSpace to ensure an orderly wind down of existing business operations.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Three-Month HIBOR Futures
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 14 October 2008, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below.
