Istanbul Stock Exchange announced today that, Aril Seren , after 21 years in office as the Senior Vice Chairman, is retiring as of 31 December 2009. During early '90's he took the initiative to establish FEAS together with eleven Regional Exchanges of EuroAsia. During the inauguration meeting of FEAS, he was appointed as the Secretary General . Ar1l Seren will continue serving as the Secretary General of FEAS.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: Cameco Corporation (TSX:CCO) has announced the closing of a bought- deal offering of shares of Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG). Following the transaction, Cameco will have disposed of its entire stake in Centerra. The relative weight of Centerra will increase in the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Completion and Equity Completion, the S&P/T
Re-appointments To Monetary Authority Of Singapore Board of Directors

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced that Mr Lim Chee Onn, Senior Advisor of Keppel Corporation Limited, and Mr Lucien Wong Yuen Kuai, Managing Partner of Allen & Gledhill, have been re-appointed to its Board of Directors for a further period of two years. Their re-appointments take effect from 1 January 2010.

According to the "Securities Law" and the "Trading Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE)", the SSE decides that trading of Governance ETF (510010) should be resumed from December 31, 2009 onwards. According to the net asset value of Governance ETF of Bank of Communications Schroder Fund Management Co., Ltd. on December 30, the closing price of the fund before December 31 is RMB0.910.
