SIFMA Survey Forecasts Total Net Treasury Issuance To Continue To Rise On Budget Deficit Projection

CBOE Announces Solid Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results - Revenues, Net Income Rise 12% And 11%, Respectively, As CBOE Continues To Fund Growth Initiatives
The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2009. CFTC Announces Inclusion Of ICE Futures Europe Data in Weekly Commitments Of Traders Reports
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it will include positions of ICE Futures Europe exchange traders of West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil contracts in its weekly Commitments of Traders (COT) reports. The announcement is in keeping with a July 7th statement by CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler that the agency would work to improve the transparency of the markets it oversees by providing additional data to the public. David Nelson, Miami Regional Director, To Leave SEC
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that after serving as the Director of the agency's Miami Regional Office for nine years, and more than two decades of public service overall, David Nelson will be leaving the SEC to join the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner in September.

OneChicago To Launch OneData
OneChicago, the all-electronic exchange for trading Single Stock Futures (SFFs), announced today that on November 1, 2009 it will initiate its new market-data branding, OneData, as well as a revised data price schedule. OneData will be widely available at a reasonable price level, will eliminate the private user category, and reduce fees for websites, wallboards and other uses. OneData will also feature a second pricing tier in its annual license fee.
