NYSE Euronext Wins Structured Products Magazine "Exchange Of The Year Award" - Receives Award For The Third Consecutive Year

NYSE Euronext announced today that for the third consecutive year Structured Products Magazine has selected it as the "Exchange of the Year." Presented at the 2010 Structured Products Americas Awards ceremony recently held at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Fl., this award is an industry benchmark given annually to the most innovative and dedicated U.S. exchange serving Structured Product issuers and investors.

SEC Files Emergency Charges Against New York-Based Financial Advisor For Defrauding Clients

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Manhattan-based financial advisor Kenneth Ira Starr with fraud and is seeking an emergency court order to freeze his assets after he stole client money for his personal use, including the purchase last month of a multi-million dollar apartment where he and his wife now reside.

Singapore High Court Makes First Civil Penalty Order Against Former Chief Financial Officer For Insider Trading

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) welcomes the Singapore High Court's judgment today which found that Kevin Lew Chee Fai contravened the insider trading provisions under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA). The High Court has asked to further hear parties on the issue of the civil penalty payable by Mr Lew and legal costs.
