  • Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Adjusted The Premiums And Discounts Of Early Rice Appointed Delivery Warehouse

    On July 15, 2011, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) announced, the premiums and discounts of early rice warehouse receipt, registered in Wuhan Dahualing Grain Reserve Warehouse, were adjusted from -40 yuan/ton to 0 yuan/ton. The registered receipts took effect on August 1st, 2012.

  • Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes:

    • First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (TSX:FM) has completed a common share issuance resulting from an incentive invitation in connection with convertible bonds. The relative weight of First Quantum will increase in the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Equity and Capped Equity, the S&P/TSX 60, 60 Capped and Equity 60, the S&P/TSX Capped Diversified Metals & Mining, the S&P/TSX Capped Materials, the S&P/TSX Global Mining, the S&P/TSX Global Base Metals and the S&P/TSX Composite Dividend indices to reflect this issuance of First Quantum shares. There will be no change to the weight First Quantum in the S&P/TSX 60 Equal Weight, the S&P/TSX Equal Weight Global Base Metals or the S&P/TSX 60 130/30 Strategy Index. These changes will be effective after close on Thursday, August 18, 2011.

Schneider of Mount Juliet, Tenn. The CFTC alleges they made false statements to the National Futures Association (NFA), the futures industry self-regulatory organization, which operates under CFTC oversight.
