Tokyo Stock Exchange: Trading Conditions - Outlook & Initial Figures - September 2010
Highlights (1) Equity Market [Equities] -The September closing value for TOPIX rose 3% on August. A large amount of equities trading activity was seen in response to movements in the exchange markets, with average daily trading value rising 10% on the previous month. [ETF] -With NY gold futures reaching consecutive record highs, SPDR Gold Shares (1326) and Japan Physical Gold ETF (1540) rose close to 5%.

Launch Of TOCOM’s New “Chukyo Oil Market” Is Now Officially Set For October 12, 2010
Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“TOCOM”) today announced that the Exchange has received an approval from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry for the launch of its new market named “Chukyo Oil Market”, so that it therefore officially set October 12, 2010 as the commencement of trading on the market.

Judgment Of Implementation Of TOCOM’s NASDAQ OMX Trading Platform
Today, October 4, 2010, the Tokyo Grain Exchange Inc. was able to provide to market participants the test environment (staging environment) for TOCOM’s NASDAQ OMX trading platform without any problems thus the Exchange has decided that trading will be implemented as planned on January 4, 2011.

Boerse Stuttgart Had A Turnover Of More Than EUR 7.55 Billion In September - Turnover Up By More Than Seven Percent Overall - Strong Growth In Equities Trading
In September 2010 Boerse Stuttgart, according to its order book statistics, had a turnover of almost EUR 7.6 billion. The total trading volume was up by 7.2 percent in comparison with the previous month's figures. In total trading volume at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange amounted to almost EUR 70 billion between January and September.

Warsaw Stock Exchange Announces Its Intention To Conduct An Initial Public Offering And To List On The Warsaw Stock Exchange
Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A. (“Warsaw Stock Exchange,” the “Exchange” or the “Company”), the largest national stock exchange in Central & Eastern Europe (“CEE”), today announces its intention to conduct an Initial Public Offering and to list up to 26,786,530 ordinary bearer series B shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “Offering”). The shares are being offered by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland.

Contribution Into The RTS Contingency Fund Will Be Increased
On November 1, 2010 the initial stage of the transfer to a new methodology for calculation of contribution amounts into the RTS Contingency Fund and implementation of their differentiation depending on participants open interest volume will start. Thereby RTS market participants contributions will depend on average daily collateral for open interest on the RTS Standard and FORTS markets over the last 6 months.
