BM&FBOVESPA Announces New Corporate Sustainability Index Portfolio For 2012 - Transport Sector Debuts Via CCR And Ecorodovias

BM&FBOVESPA announced today the seventh portfolio of the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE), effective from January 02, 2012 to December 31, 2012. The new portfolio is composed of 51 stocks from 38 companies. They represent 18 sectors had have a combined market capitalization of BRL 961 billion, or 43.72% of the total for companies traded on BM&FBOVESPA (on November 23, 2011).

At the end of the settlement date of November 15, 2011, short interest in 2,270 NASDAQ Global Market^SM securities totaled 6,703,515,102 shares compared with 6,718,917,154 shares in 2,277 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of October 31, 2011. The mid-November short interest represents 3.36 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.66 days for the prior reporting period.
