The Board Of Directors Of Moscow Exchange Decides To Convene An Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholders

On August 9, 2012 the Moscow Exchange Board of Directors held a meeting. The meeting participants considered issues related to preparation to an IPO and made the decision to convene and hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Exchange"s shareholders in September 21, 2012.

Knight Capital Group Calls In Consultants To Review Systems After August 1 System Snafu

Knight Capital Group in a 10-Q quarterly filing made on 9 August said that it had initiated an internal review into its August 1 system malfunction at the opening of trading at the NYSE on August 1, 2012.

As stated in Securities Commission Malaysia's earlier statement, there is no change to the decision of 11 October 2011 pertaining to the Sime Darby-E&O general offer (GO) and there is a Judicial Review which is pending in court.

In response to a report on Malaysia Insider today, a Securities Commission Malaysia’s spokesperson said “The Securities Commission Malaysia’s position on the GO requirement in the Sime Darby–E&O share acquisition remains unchanged as per the SC statement issued on 11 October 2011. The decision is now subject to judicial review which is pending in court.”

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the August 2012 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the August 2012 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.
